India loves to blow its trumpet whenever it “beats” China. So it’s strange that it’s so silent when it trashes China.

A few months back. I wonder if the festival of Diwali was accounted for in this study, because during this festival there should be a sudden spike. That went under the radar! Why are national standards not at par with the WHO standards?
